1. Prices include the room and its services, bathroom and its accessories, supply of towels and sheets.

2. In the booking confirmation we request a credit card number to guarantee. In case you do not inform us about the cancellation within three days before the arrival, we will keep the amount of the first night from the card provided.

3. When checking in, it is mandatory to provide a valid ID: passport or identity card. Otherwise, registration cannot be performed. We always guarantee the processing of personal data according to the regulations governing the Privacy Law.

4. The check-in time is from 11.30 AM to 5.00 PM on the day of arrival and can be agreed after your kind communication regarding the forecast of arrival in the structure or that relating to any delays.

5. Check-out is before 11.00 AM on the day of departure. You will pay the room and any extra charge in the event of damage caused by the guest to supplies and / or furniture.

6. We advise not to leave any object of value unattended in the rooms, in the bathroom or in any other common area of our structure. The rooms are equipped with a safe.

7. We are not responsible for loss, damage and / or stealing of objects left unattended and we assume no responsibility for any damage to persons or things caused by third parties. Any damage to the structure or its furniture elements caused by the guests must be immediately communicated and refounded.

8. Problems of supplying services i.e. such as Internet connection, telephone connection, water, gas and electricity are not due to our responsibility.

9. The keys must be returned on the day of departure. If they get lost, the cost of replacing them will be charged during check-out.

10. To guarantee a pleasant stay for all our guests, please avoid any annoying noise during rest time. 

11. The reservation can be cancel for free until three days before the stay. After this time, the penality coincides with the price of the first night booked.
